It looks pretty good to me. How do you feel for the therapy? And does running EPAP Min give you enough air (as seen on your ASV charts)? I'd probably bump that to 6 if it were me just to have air. Hope success continues.

I think my body just couldn't handle the rapid pressure changes initially.

Thank you Dave. I haven't been sleeping good the last few nights. Last night I woke up feeling weird during the night, took off the mask, turned off the machine and slept for about four more hours.
These are my charts for the last five nights, anything interesting? Joey, there appears to be some correlation to pressure support and expiratory time, and an inverse relationship to respiration rate. Perhaps some other things. I have not seen a fluctuation in expiration time like this and was curious if you have observed anything. I have not seen charts of others using ASV to know if there is anything like this going on, so I can't say if this is normal or not.

If the only change before this was that EPAP Min bump, I'd change it back and review results.

Thanks sleeprider, that is a good point, here are some charts with tidal volume included and some close-ups with low PS and higher PS on Jan 31. I'm going to bed now. My sage advice for the day: set this by feel and not so much by the numbers. I myself don't see a number on these charts that demands adjustment. Feel for various aspects should be your guide to hone in after those initial dial-in adjustments. If possible, change 1 setting and review if better or worse. A better means keep and worse means revert to what was previous.
I'm not suggesting not checking OSCAR charts. I went by feel only and when it felt off I looked at charts to see why.
