Trying to learn about flow limitations/flow rate...can I get some help?
             Hi all,

CPAP has been a rough road thus far, but I am trying to educate myself on OSCAR and how to spot certain events that are not flagged. This was from a somewhat recent night with a good AHI.

One screenshot is from what I'd consider a "normal" looking few breaths for me. That being said, the shape still does not look ideal to me. I'm not sure if I am majoring in the minors or if that shape is indicating something still is not optimized.

Another screenshot shows a period where the flow rate looks to be all over the place, but there is no event flagged. What exactly could this be.

Lastly, there is a screenshot of the whole night. My flow rate looks quite spiky (even when looking at areas solely with no flagged events) compared to others I've seen on here.

Are there any things you can take away from this data? Always trying to learn Smile . Thank you to all responding!
