You could try raising your maximum pressure of 15 up a little bit to see if this helps with the obstructives. Try 16 and repost an OSCAR. And only if you can tolerate the higher pressure.

Hi starwalker, you shouldn't have to tighten your mask so much that it's leaving marks on your face. Sometimes, looser is better. I suggest you take a look at the mask primer and see if that helps: https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph..._Jeffy1958. I know this process can be frustrating, but please don't stop your therapy! Untreated sleep apnea can cause all kinds of health issues.

I would recommend getting a custom liner. padacheek sells some for the F40 and they are very nice.
