Your flow limits are great, minimal obstructive events and a couple centrals which are of no concern and not fixed by pressure anyway.

There really isn't anything there that more pressure can fix.

Like Dog Slobber said, you have the CPAP dialed in. I would start looking at other sources for the sleep interruption. Things like, stress, medication, your pillow and/or your mattress, excessive or even blue light in your room, or noise.
The CPAP alone can not fix everything. It's a symbiotic balance of all things within your sleeping environment. - Red
