You could route the hose up over your head. There's a loop in the top of the headgear for this purpose. Adjust the position of the small hose in the loop so the length of hose between the nosepiece and top of headgear doesn't pull up or push down on the nosepiece - it should stay there during the night by the constriction of the loop on top.
