[UPDATE] Improvment thanks to you, but feeling "sleepy"
Hello everyone !
Thanks to the people who helped me, I have sucessfully diminished AHI last night by going up the pressure and deleting ramp.
Now : almost events, and flow lims is looking ok.
Though I have a question about current symptoms.
When I started CPAP two weeks ago, I felt great, even though my compliance was awful and I slept way less than I do rn. I felt tired but finally "normal", I was no more a destroyed shell of a man, for the first time in my short 22yo life.
But this past week, and especially today, I have been feeling none of that newfound energy. I do not feel on edge or destroyed either, but I feel SO groggy and sleepy, it feels like I could spend my whole day sleeping. (even though at night my mind can't fall asleep, maybe because of ADHD idk).
Is it normal to encounter these symptoms ? I feel absolutely stuck in my life this week, because I can't do anything, except yawning and resting. Positive aspect is I do not function on adrenaline now. I just do not function entirely to be honest.
I'll link my Oscar data of yesterday night, but I don't think the issue come from events, but rather a physiological reaction to treatment.
