RE: Waking up around midnight, 2AM and 3AM
And almost same tonight but also wake up after 1.5, then 3 then 4.5 hours.

If someone has any ideas or managed to resolve something similar I am all ears.

Have you tried EPR=3? It will furter reduce your flow limits and resolve the OA and H you had.

I had it before at EPR=3 then I disabled it because someone above in the thread suggested to disable it. I put it back to EPR=2 just because it felt more comfortable. Most of the year I had it at EPR=3 actually - same results.

I have been using 5-10 mg extended release melatonin for years. It helped me to reduce waking up.

I would turn it down to 1 and if the pressure during exhalation seems to much let's turn down pressure by .4cm per every few nights if it persists, but I'd like to please see a chart at EPR1.

Here is my latest data. EPR = 1

Waking up at 3 hour mark like clockwork.

Same result is with CPAP or if I enable APAP.

Also adding a zoomed in part of when I woke up. I do manage to fall back asleep after waking up with the mask on, only to wake up around 1.5 hours later.

Anyone have any idea what to do?
