What do the numbers in the parentheses with the event mean?

The numbers in the () are the seconds in that event. If there is no () then it was less than 10 seconds.
Apnea (80-100%) 10 seconds, Hypopnea (50-80%) 10 seconds, Flow Limits (0-50%) not timed  Cervical Collar - Dealing w DME - Chart Organizing

If there is no (), that means the CPAP machine did not report the duration of the event. For example, ResMed does not report the duration of Hypopneas, so you will never see a duration shown for them. But a duration is reported for other events, so you see a duration reported as in your sample.
