What settings are submitted in prescription for ResMed AirCurve 10 VAuto?

I'm in need of the same thing.

I already have a machine and supplies. I want to swap it out for the AirCurve VAuto.

1. Do I really need all those supplies to be listed on the prescription?


2. And, do I just need:

IPAP Max: ##
EPAP min: ##
PS: #

Or do I need:

EPAP: ##
IPAP: ##
EPAP min: ##
IPAP max: ##

There is also a Ti Max and Ti Min that I think needs added. 
There is a trigger of which mine is set at Medium. I am waiting for my copy of the clinician manual so I can determine more.

Thats what I thought. Ti Max and Ti Min should only be for BiPAP ST (timed with a puff of air every few seconds to treat centrals) if I understand.

Note that ResMed does not target a ST for Centrals
