Would you up the pressure in this situation? Post turbinate reduction

Recently had turbinate reduction surgery and cant breathe through my nose a lot easier. Initial few nights of sleep seemed to be interrupted by too much pressure. I scaled down a bit and had a night of sleep but one major interruption. Does this look like additional pressure is needed? Thank you!

Your maximum pressure is at the absolute minimum needed to use EPR 3, and with EPR 2 it only allows 1-cm of adjustment, so you are at the maximum pressure all the time. If you don't experience complications like aerophagia, I recommend you change to Minimum pressure 7.0, Maximum pressure 10.0 and EPR 3. The increased pressure differential of EPR 3 will make inspiration seem much easier and will help reduce your current 95% flow limitation of 0.11. Give it a try and let's have a look at the results with higher pressure.

You should keep your therapy questions in one thread. It is obvious that you have used much higher pressures, so you clearly are familiar with pressures like Min 8.2 max 18.0 and EPR 3. Every time you start a new thread, your history is lost and not considered by those of us responding.

My original sleep study suggested that my pressure be kept at 9 so I've been using that as the basic measurement for 10 years. I tried 10 max pressure after the surgery and it felt like I was taking in too much air. But I will try your suggestion. Understood regarding keeping the same thread.
