DreamWear full face mask questions

Hi, I have a DreamWear full face mask and am having trouble with it.  
1.  My mouth gets terribly dry at night.  Any suggestions?
2.  The strap that goes to the base of the mask has started to vibrate and hum when I get up to pressure.  It sounds like a clarinet.   Does anyone else have this happen?  Any suggestions?  I had one night of mask fit at 100% when it didn't do that  and last night it was (gasp) 41%
