Sleeprider, I ended up not adjusting my pressure upward because my aerophagia is occasionally still painful, and my AHI is so much better. I'll definitely keep your advice in mind, though.

Just popping in with an update. Now that I've got an ASV, my AHI is almost always under 1 now. It's amazing. I'm still somewhat symptomatic with dysautonomia, but it's been getting better over the past three weeks. Hopefully my brain is healing.
