OSCAR is expected to release next week. This article shows a list of supported machines http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...d_machines

We still don't know which machine you have. I suspect it is an older Resmed VPAP Adapt SV which won't be supported.
Another machine is the Respironics Remstar Auto SV Advanced. Both Resmed and Respironics have produced SV machines since at least 2007 that have always used the same name, but only more recent models have SD cards and produce data that can be used by Sleepyhead or OSCAR.

John, does your machine look like the one in this image?

[attachment=11397]

If so it is an S8 and will not work with either SleepyHead or Oscar. You are stuck with ResScan.

That must be a pretty old machine by now, so it might pay to check with your insurance and see if you can get updated to the newest model Resmed Aircurve 10 ASV.
