lots of awakenings, but unsure the casue
in this span of about 5 minutes I had 4 CAs which maybe aren't CAs because many of have non-periodic breathing just before

can anyone help me understand whats happening and if theres anything I can do to eliminate those CAs?

Hi joelin02 Smile

To help mitigate your CA events please turn down EPR to 1. If you have issues with exhalation pressure please drop your your cpap min/max (since you're running apap in cpap mode) to 8.8cm. If you can handle the drop in EPR to 1 from 3 for a few nights you should see the CAs decrease.
