RE: my 1st sleepyhead report
Not bad at all.  Your numbers look good (< 5 AHI) so you are in a region that all you will be doing is tweaking.  This means generally small changes (.4 or .6) and wait a while to see how it impacts both your numbers and how you feel.

So how do you feel?

On the charts themselves you are missing several charts (Snores, and Flow Limits) which all trigger pressure increases, and EVENTS.  In the Events tab (lower right on the screen) click and enable ALL events.

See the Organize link in my signature.

I would set the minimum pressure up to 10cm so the machine can react quicker to your events.

RE: my 1st sleepyhead report
min 10 sounds good, a bit below the Med pressure. Review after a week or so. It may need a bit more, as the machine adjusts.

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.

Your pressures have to swing a lot due to the very low start at 5.0 cm, but I'm not ready to say 10...yet. Take it in steps. Try 8.0 minimum, and move up until your pressure swing is less than 4 cm, and you will find it a lot more comfortable and less disruptive to sleep. In addition to adding minimum pressure, turn on EPR full-time at 2. That will help to treat the hypopnea better than plain pressure.
