Thank you for starting this thread since I am just realizing RLS/PLMD are a part of my sleep issues.  Your analogy of a rotisserie couldn't be more perfect. I flip and flop between sides ALL NIGHT LONG!  I will continue reading as I am finding it very informative. I hope by now you've discovered much relief.
