Click the link for the User Control Panel at the top of any page. Click on the Change Avatar link. You will be taken to a page that let's you set an avatar using either pre- made avatars or upload a picture from your device to set a custom avatar. Pictures uploaded for custom avatars must meet certain criteria. The criteria are listed on the page.
