remstar pro c-flex + memory card lost

Please can anybody help me?

I lost my memory card (remstar pro c-flex +)
I have a backup one month old, but I have all the data until today in my oscar data.
Is it possible to reconstruct the philips folder  P-series from the data in the oscar documents folder?

Look in your OSCAR_Data folder ⇾ Profiles ⇾ Your Username ⇾ Machine Designation ⇾ Backup. The data will probably be broken down into a folder per year. I use a Resmed and the format will be different, so I am guessing on the last statement.
