RE: seems like I need to raise max pressure?
This looks great for starters, and your flow limitation looks better from 20000 feet. Still some minor obstructive clusters pointing to a positional issue, but we have seen worse from you, and the leaks on the 14th. Centrals are not a problem, and not a bad trade for the other improvements. Big improvement on hypopnea, and it looks like the OA clusters are less persistent.
RE: seems like I need to raise max pressure?
Thanks SR,yes those points you made really did improve. Do you recommend leaving everything as is and checking back with more screenshots next week?
Your help with my issues are very much appreciated.

RE: seems like I need to raise max pressure?
You are hovering near the minimum set pressures most of the night, and only increase when flow limitation or OA spikes. You can try lower minimum EPAP of 8.0 and see where that takes you in comfort and efficacy.
RE: seems like I need to raise max pressure?
So would you recommend min EPAP 8, max iPAP 16 ps of 4?
Can you explain why lowering EPAP will help?
Thanks again!

I said you can, not should. I don't foresee any therapeutic benefit or harm, so it really depends on what YOU find more comfortable.
RE: seems like I need to raise max pressure?
Sounds like good advice. Will check back next week.
Have a great weekend.
RE: seems like I need to raise max pressure?
I have posted the last 3 days data. I don't know why I had such a leak problem last night as I was totally unaware of it. I check the mask fit each night and I am still tweeking with the fit of the f30. One night almost no leaks and yesterday a large amount of leaks. I feel a little more refreshed today and just want to know if it seems that a higher epap would be recommended. As SR says my epap during the night is low but does increase when I have flow limitaions, which actually are much less with the vauto. With my autoset s10 my ahi usually was about 1.9 or less. I understand that the vauto is new for me and wonder if any changes should be made.
Thanks for your time.
RE: seems like I need to raise max pressure?
Are the unclassified events due to the excess leaks?

Yes
RE: seems like I need to raise max pressure?
Just want you experts to look at my data since this is a new machine for me.
Thanks
