First Year in the Books
Thanks to all who have answered my questions and provided support over the last year!

My CPAP journey hasn't always been easy but it has made an enormous difference in my life (and my wife's and my kids').

For those of you who are just starting out, stick with it and ask for help when you need it.  You'll find a wealth of knowledge and support from the many people on this board.

My first year charts are below.  If anyone sees any tweaks that could be made I'd appreciate it.  I've struggled at times with leaks.  Have never really understood the threshold where leaks go from acceptable to problematic so I'm not sure which side I'm on.

Thanks again to everyone who has offered support or answered my questions.

Congrats on the first year. Leaks are no problem. I wish mine were that low. Great numbers all around!

It just takes a bit of time to get there, but most do in the end.
You are doing not to bad.  I have yet t see someone get no leaks, everyone has the odd night when they just can't stop the leaks.  Nightmare!
I am NOT a doctor.  I try to help, but do not take what I say as medical advice.

Every journey, however large or small starts with the first step.

Impressive ?

It took me 2 years to reach those numbers. But worth every day of it.
CPAP is a journey like “The Wizard of Oz”. It’s a long slow journey. You will face many problems and pick up many friends along the way. Just because you reach the poppies, it doesn’t mean you are in Kansas.

A whole year and you STILL include a monthly calendar in your charts?  We've taught you nothing!  Oh-jeez

I'm going to have to crack down and try to get results this good.  Congrats. Cool
