Phillips will not take their equipment back for factory service unless it goes back through the company that sold it to me. I have to send it to my supplier and then they can send it in. The seller then contacts me to tell me how much it will cost or if the repair is feasible. This seems like a conflict of interest for the consumer. Any ideas? Thanks everyone.

That's pretty much how the process works. Your supplier/DME needs to loan you a replacement unit while yours is being service. BTW, how old is your machine? If you are in the States with insurance and/or Medicare, you can get a new machine every 5 years.
