uploading data to oscar

uploading data to oscar
oscar uploads only the last 28 days of data [prisma smart ]
i didnt upload for a while, so there are gaps in my data
how can i upload all the data on the memory card to oscar ?

Usually you can check the sdcard itself (on windows/osx) to see if there really is data there.

AFAIK unlike resscan, oscar will import everything it find on sdcard..Recheck the sdcard to see yourself it the data's really there.

i checked the card, the data is there if i upload to  the prisma software;
but oscar only takes the last 23 sessions.
is there any way i can manually load into oscar from the sd card?

Look in the OSCAR File > Preferences > Import Tab and see if the Do not import sessions older than: is selected.

that  checkbox was unchecked and in any case was set for 2018
is there any way to copy and paste the data into oscar directly from the card?

What are the manufacturer's specification on detailed data retention? I know that Resmed only stores 365 days of summary data, 30 days of detailed data and 30 sessions of high-resolution data.
