1-2 AHI OK... 3.6... I Feel Like Sh.....

I don't think under 5 is OK, because today I woke up feeling that dreaded head thing, and I had 3.6 AHI. I need to be under 2 to feel OK.

I would like to get to 0 for a few weeks to see how good I can feel.

I agree, I get up in the 4 or 5s and I feel crappy the next day. And the sad thing is it doesn't take much to do it. A glass of wine too late, eating or snacking before bed, that's all it takes.

I have found recently that when my AHI is very low, I do not feel like I need a nap if I am sitting down in the afternoon. By very low, I think the cutoff is AHI=1.0 or less. I very seldom get a zero but a fair number below 1.0.
