That is interesting. I have the same issue as I exhale sometimes it is blocked not sure what to do about that maybe surgury.

I was able to mostly control it with time. I still can't always entirely control it when laying on my back.

Yea, I am the same way if I lay down on my back I find it difficult to talk as a result of it. It is really strange. I am doing better again on the nasal pillows. I would have gone most of the night with them but I had a rain out condition. So I was so tired that I just turned it off. Usually I get up and empty the tube and continue. I did manage nearly 3 hours on it and my RDI was 0.00 so when I use it I am good. But it would seem that if I want to feel rested that I need more like 4.5 hours on it. I will get there just not with a FFM.
