RE: Abdulfakih - Therapy Thread
So, regarding my case…

I have been contacting different doctors, both in my country and abroad. However, yesterday one of the doctors I contacted gave me the following message: Everything seems to indicate that the device could work, according to the results of the somnoscopy. If you tolerate CPAP, stick with CPAP, if you don't, it's an option.

the device and Myofunctional Therapy would be an option, but I cannot give you certainty, due to the type of occlusion you have class III angle, however in somnoscopy the progress worked.

So now, I am a bit lost because I don’t know if the device will work for me or if they are just trying to milk some money out of me. Regarding the recommendation that sleep rider gave me about the new machine, it’s just too expensive for me at the moment. Can someone please help me understanding the video and determine if I should get the device or not. Please I am lost

I've not pursued surgeries on breathing myself. I doing really know about it, and can't guide either way. Some CPAP users do surgeries and end up using CPAP anyway.

Regarding your dise report ther is turbinate hypertrophic which is narrowing nasal cavity causing pap therapy difficult and second thing when you lying down your nos is closed?
Most of patients with turbinate hypertrophic also suffer from allergic rhinitis
Do you have these issues?
