you should have a climate control auto or off (manual)
then the temp shows up
which menu depends on if they enabled you to see more things or kept it simple, this is also set in the clinical menus
I had an AirSense before my AirCurve so I know there are there. You have the clinical manual? you can get it by email from this forum

Correct me if I am wrong but, you are using a heated hose. That may be why I can't see that. I don't have the heated hose.
