Another OSCAR Help Post
Hello all- recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and have been using the Airsense 11 for about a month now. To be honest, I am not entirely sure what to make of it. It seems like I am sleeping longer than before (my AHI is below 1 most nights), but I don't feel any more rested. Was hoping someone could take a look at my OSCAR data to see how things look / make recommendations. Thanks so much!

RE: Another OSCAR Help Post
Welcome to the forum Eric794, you have some scattered hypopneas but with how you're not feeling rested and your ahi also being low I always suggest moving over to CPAP mode-apap mode almost always causes micro-arousals which are not very detectable (unless you're scanning the waveform zoomed in)-I suggest please moving to constant pressure of 11cm with EPR on 1 for 30 to 50 minutes tonight before bed to see how you feel (you should have a more natural breathing experience). If this is good for you please try a night or three and generate a few new charts.
