Yes, I think you would be helped by using EPR. If it is not set - set it to full time EPR3. That will make your exhale the same as it was before moving the min up. Exhale = the min - EPR. so exhale would be 4 and the inhale would be 7.(4 is the lowest your pap machine can go)

RE: Oscar Data after pressure adjustment
You did not have EPR set to full time from what your pressure chart shows. Setting it as I suggested EPR full time EPR 3 will help your machine to stay at a lower pressure. The ResMed raises pressure when it finds flow limit. Flow limits are apnea also just like O an H event - FL just don’t last long enough (10 seconds) to be classified or put onto the AHI. PLEASE give it a try, it will help you.
