If you can set the time and date , why not just do that and not bother replacing the battery?
Maybe the battery is just there so a DME can set up a machine for a person and ship it out.

CR2032 has a shelf Life of 10 years, so I would replace the battery when you are replacing the motor, or at least every 5 years anyway, just to be safe. (The battery holds up the volatile memory, so only replace the battery with the power supply still connected, or the memory data will be lost) John vk3hjq

Total (CAD) delivered after $20 Black Friday discount: $103.60 Followed EXCELLENT instructions provided by Nikko at CPAP Reviews (on YouTube search ' resmed s9 motor replacement ') Installed without a hitch.
