Cheyene Stokes event - first ever in 120 nights

Cheyene Stokes event - first ever in 120 nights
Up to 120 nights of Therapy and doing OK. But due to still feeling tired in the day I’ve been working towards finding a fixed pressure that will stabilise my O2. Reason, and might be wrong, but think would feel better with a contant higher O2, say between 9.8-10

Problem is despite 4 masks I get significant leaks with each of them regularly

Have resisted a full face due to claustrophobia but Friday 25/6/23 used Fisher & Paykel VITERA full face mask

Result ? Very low leaks and a general good outcome (see my report page)

But the second night, same settings (Saturday night 26/8/23) a shock outcome
Woke to see AHI 3.32 – which is higher than its been in ages albeit still under 5 - but when I downloaded Oscar
FIRST TIME EVER  saw significant Cheyene Stokes  event

I had a bit harder time adjusting the strap to get a good mask fit, other than that everything was the same

Zero alcohol - no Mouth tape  - Caldera RELEAF on

I have never in my 120 nights on CPAP- not even during my two sleep studies - ever had one single recording of that before

Am posting my records which are pretty comprehensive and looking back in July I had 9 pretty good nights on APAP as follows
Settings CPAP fixed 13.2 EPR full time 3,  tube 28 degrees,  hum 4 / should I give up trying to reach an ideal
fixed pressure and go back to this? Outcomes were OK/to good most of the time

For sure I not happy about getting Cheyene Stokes anyone know what could have caused this?

It is just a title for periodic breathing.   A cpap machine can NOT identify Cheyene Stroke....  Unless you have a huge amount then no real problem just something to keep notice of.
Apnea (80-100%) 10 seconds, Hypopnea (50-80%) 10 seconds, Flow Limits (0-50%) not timed  Cervical Collar - Dealing w DME - Chart Organizing

Thanks for that. Views on whether it would be better to stick with fixed that has caused this different event, or go back to the July APAP pressure?
