RE: Graphic snapshot
Sleeprider!!! Here is my long anticipated 3 to 4 minute focused in view of my graphs. In particular flow rate, flow limit and tidal volume. I think I might have a problem in these areas. Seems like most all my daily views are more or less like this. What do you think?

RE: Graphic snapshot
Just joking about the long anticipated business. I don't really know if I should be thinking about this but I might be able to get a real nice aircurve bipap, 5 years old, nice shape, comes from a good home. No smokie, smokie. Maybe for $300 or less. What does anybody think about that.
On another note I think I got my beard trimmed in such a way that my resmed airfit f20 loaner does not leak and I prayerfully will give it a good try tonight.

RE: Graphic snapshot
Both zoomed screenshots are during large leak periods, so we really can't rely on the flow chart to be diagnostic of flow limitation. The inspiratory peaks are certainly muted or flattened, but we really need to get leaks under control to make this useful. You have high leaks and high flow limits. You need to get the leaks under control, then I'm probably going to say a bilevel would be good for you.

Leaks are a demon a lot of new users fight. Check out the Mask Primer. Besure to read everything down to Jeffy1958, he really puts the knowledge presented up to that point into practical application as he guides you into fitting a mask.

RE: Graphic snapshot
This screenshot seems very revealing but I can't quite grasp the meaning of it all. The first few hours are with my loaner f20 full face mask. Then it woke me with it seemed a bunch of leaks around the mask. I tried to reposition it but gave up and put on my old activa nasal mask. The rest of the night is with that one. It seems like night and day difference.
Dear Sleeprider, will you please change the name on this thread to something that does not reveal my ignorance. Thanks! On another note I made the deal for that bilevel. It'll be a few days to get it.

How about "Chronic's Story"? That way I can pick it out easily. So what did you think about my latest screenshots. I think I was not getting much therapy for many months or even years. You are a good man for helping so many people.

RE: Graphic snapshot
This is the second night attempt with the full face mask, another crash in my opinion. I need others thoughts and advice regarding these screenshots. I am begging for help here. Notice the difference after I give up and switch to nasal mask about the 0100 time. At that time it seems like the pressure got up around 15 and full face mask started leaking bad and woke me up, I couldn't get it situated and just stuck on the nasal mask. I use a very flat pillow, maybe I am still chin tucking, it was kind of warm the last couple nights and I had to take off the soft collar. Tonight my poor plan is to use a strap to attempt to keep my mouth closed, soft collar, and size medium FF mask. I hope it all fits on my head.
On another note will someone please change the name of this thread to " Chronic's Misadventures".

RE: Graphic snapshot
Definitely a fail. Either you need more pressure with the FFM, or you are changing your head/neck positions while wearing it resulting in positional clusters.
