Difference in data between Oscar and EncorePro

Difference in data between Oscar and EncorePro
Hi everyone. I just got diagnosed last week and I started using Philips Dreamstation 1 that was given to me by my doctor to try it out.
After three nights my doctor imported the SD card data into EncorePro and printed out the report for me.
When I imported the same data into Oscar at home I got different results.

Some of the events that are noted in the EncorePro report are missing from Oscar.
If I look at daily AHI in Oscar it is below 2.5 for each of the days, but in EncorePro it is between 8 and 12.

I believe that EncorePro report that my doctor made is correct. Are there any additional settings that need to be set in Oscar to get the correct results? I pretty much just created a profile and imported the data.

Thanks

RE: Difference in data between Oscar and EncorePro
I doubt this is a software issue, but please show us a screenshot of the daily page in OSCAR so we can see what may be missing and what settings adjustments might be needed.

Follow the links in my signature line to guide you on set up of a screenshot and then use the attachment feature to post it here.

Also, please point out exactly what you feel OSCAR is missing compared to EncorePro.

Thanks!
