Now that I sent my original DS Go back as required I feel like a sitting duck....they have the goods and I have nothing. All we can do is hope.

Signed up for the overall recall on the first day. Signed up for the Go replacement option on the first day.
Nearly two years to receive my new DS2, over two years for my wife's Refurb DS1, still waiting on the Go.

Check has arrived for $500. Website never updated. Keep an eye out for a blue envelope from "Philips Respironics c/o Sedgwick".

Same. Check arrived today, six weeks and one day after the device was delivered to them. Website never updated, still says "we have received your device."

Based on Informed Delivery, it looks like mine will arrive today, or maybe tomorrow. It will be good to be done with this fiasco.

After I explained to the second call center person (who was somewhere in Asia) that I was trying to generate a QR code, and NOT a shipping label, they generated a shipping label anyway.  So now I had to pack up the DSG before heading out to FedEx.

I just want this to be over.  Hopefully I get the full $500 but the vague wording in the email last night leaves with m some doubt.


Check for $500 from Philips arrived in the mail today.  Glad this is finally over.

We tried to deposit the $500 Philips check that we received yesterday and although the "check is fine" there are NO funds on that account in Philips to transfer to us! 
What is going on?
