It is the newest BLE version.  It has blue writing instead of white.

I paired both the eBay and the Turner Medical 3150s to Resmed AutoSense 11 cpaps.  It was quick and easy.  Reboot the 3150 by removing one battery.  Replace the battery and let the 3150 boot.  Stick your finger in it to start it up.  When you see the bluetooth symbol, press MORE on the AutoSense 11 and select Oximeters.  Then click Search.  The 3150 will be displayed.  Select it, and click Connect.  Voila, it will display success.

From eBay. You will probably also need the nonin software, nVision. I think, but not sure you can get it from turner medical. Or, you can just use the Oscar graph and summary.

The enlisting is “NONIN Wrist OX Bluetooth Pulse Oximeter Model 3150”. It is the BLE.

Could you please provide some suggestions. I have the AirSense 11 and tried the nonin 3150 BLE with it. It connected with no issues but when i uploaded the data from the memory card  using V1.5.3 I can't see any data form the 3150 only the AirSense data there are no options for O2 or pulse to display in 1.5.3. Not sure what to try or why its not showing those?

Hi sonyman100 ! - Welcome
Look in Preferences > Waveforms and make sure that the oximetry parameters are selected for both Waveform and Overview.

I’m using v 1.5.3.  The SpO2 data shows up as one of the graphs, just like tidal volume and others. It also shows up on my doctor’s software, called Resmed View.

I didn’t have to do any setup for Oscar. I connected the Nonin to the Resmed, and started getting SpO2 data immediately.

Just guessing, but it sounds like the Bluetooth connection is not active. It’s a live feed, so you don’t have to worry about setting the Nonin clock, the live feed into Resmednis synchronized with the Resmed clock.

Look at your Resmed settings while Resmed is active and confirm the Bluetooth connection is active. If the cpap turns off, the spO2 feed turns off too. As soon as Resmed is back on, the spO2 data feed is live.  I’ve never had the Nonin drop out or have to reconnect.

Thanks for the response. I ended up figuring it out. I changed the settings from clinical mode to permissive mode then under data and advanced I clicked purge the oximetry data and that did it. Now it has event options to show the O2 and pulse that it wasn't showing before and my data is showing no problem now.

The nonin has the finger tip sensor, how do you sleep with that without it waking you up? I've had a similar model and could not sleep well with it..
