RE: leaks 72-88% of night
For one night I would try the following settings and see how you do.

Ps 6
epap 6
Ipap 15

and don't over tighten the mask.
Apnea (80-100%) 10 seconds, Hypopnea (50-80%) 10 seconds, Flow Limits (0-50%) not timed  Cervical Collar - Dealing w DME - Chart Organizing

Your Flow Limits are very high.  This is causing your pressure to go up.  I would set the EPAP to 10 and increase the PS to 4.  Also, work on those large leaks.

Thank you Red, I think I reset the graph height, I'll try your settings tonight.

Here's chart from last night. Wow, amazing leak line on CrimsonNape's settings! AHI is way high though for me. I also used an old RM F20 foam mask.

Will try Stacey's settings tonight.

How do you feel? You might try setting the Trigger to "High" and turn off the ramp.

CRIMSONNAPE & STACEY: Wow, amazing chart, I've never seen flow limits diminished like this. I do not remember the break and I did wake up with the hose popped off the mask and the machine off, so I don't know what that was about. AHI is a bit higher. It kinda looks like I've never needed such high pressure.

Any fine tuning with these settings or should I try Stacey's tonight?

I would give it a couple of nights on these settings.  You now need to see "how you Feel"? more than anything else.  I am looking at your Oa chart and would like to see a couple days at this pressure to see how you are doing.

CPAP therapy is no different from life. You are going to have good days and bad days. We look at trends over time, not just one night. See what tonight brings.
