Feeling bad despite all of my attempts.. And.. Central apneas.

Feeling bad despite all of my attempts.. And.. Central apneas.
Hello, I did a home sleep study 1 month ago and I had an AHI of 4.4 even though I really slept for 3/4 hours only out of 5 hours of recording.
I had and still have (a little less, fortunately) bad symptoms like severe brain fog, feeling like a zombie, energy crashes, anxiety attacks and irritability.
I saw 2 ENTS and did a scan of my face, and I have:
1) Deviated septum from a trauma apparently (I don't remember I've had traumas though)
2) Enlarged inferiors and middle turbinates
3) Retracted jaw
4) Soft palate collapsed
I have a nasal surgery planned in 8 months.
Currently I am using a cortisonic spray for my nose, prescribed by the ENT.
I bought a second hand cpap and I am currently self-titrating because I really need to function again to live my normal life and I would need tips because my sleep is not regenerating and I have central apneas out of nowhere, idk if they're cpap-induced or not.
BTW I am planning another sleep study.
I am attaching a screenshot of my last night with cpap, I'm running RAMP with 1 EPR.
Thanks in advance.

Welcome

Please read this to format your screenshot so we can see all the important information. we need to see the pressure graph to see what the machine is doing and the flow limit graph to see your response. and also hide the calendar please.

Did your sleep study include CAs? If you can post your sleep study results after redacting your personal info. and if it's in italian please use google translate or something.

Hello I'm back with the new screenshots.
Soon I'll post the sleep study results, do you need to see something in particular? For sure I will translate no worries.

For some reason, your instrument setting is not visible yet. Perhaps you want to reduce magnification (Ctrl and the minus knob together)?

mostly to see if you had CAs before starting treatment, to know if they are treatment emergent.

either way i would try EPR off. it can cause CAs.

I removed EPR and I slept a lot but the data doesn't seem good..
I had mouth leaks indeed I woke up with dry mouth like 3 times,it never happened before (idk if it's because of the EPR) and I woke up tired. I am really exhausted, planning another sleep study today if possible.

Your sleep study does not report a concerning number of CAs. Hence,  there is a good chance that your apneas are treatment-related and eventually disappear over a few weeks or months. Until then, you should not use EPR; it should be OFF, as already suggested.
Your flow limit is low, which is good.
Turn the ramp off and increase the minimum pressure to 9.4 cm to help with the Hs
