Wow u did well and with a Nano! I couldn't wear my Nano even with a chin strap.
You had a few events but it is rare to have 0 events. Anything below 5 is
Considered normal. What was your AHI on your sleep study?

My first test was a home sleep study. The results are below. Still would like some help understanding it all. Thanks.
RE: First Night - Please help me understand the data
JohnNJ, everything is good, it is hard to measure one night but a really good start, you want you 95%leak to be below 24lt. You are using an auto machine but it seems to be on a fixed pressure which is fine, just keep at it and stay consistent, well done.
RE: First Night - Please help me understand the data
OK, so now I know that events below 5 is normal and 95% leaks should be below 24lt. Anything else?
RE: First Night - Please help me understand the data
One night does not a trend make.
However, your first night was exceptional!!!

RE: First Night - Please help me understand the data
They are the most important stats, you can look at the graphs to see when things are occurring, the other most important thing isn't to do with the data but how you feel during the day and whether the symptoms you had before you started go, for some people this may take a while.
RE: First Night - Please help me understand the data
What would you specifically like to know? That would help to save time.
Your data looks great. But it is just one night. You want to keep watching the data and look for trends which will show you what is your "normal" ranges. You won't have .85 AHI every night.
Is your machine set in "CPAP" mode or "APAP" mode? It is rare that the max and the 95% are the same amount. The 95% is were the pressure was or lower for 95% of the night. This is more important a number than the average.

Do the numbers in () mean how long the event lasted or something else?
Your data looks really good. Watch it for a week to see the trend.
