Lets raise EPAP range by 1-cm to 5-8.

Those apnea numbers are definitely just the machine mislabeling something. Nothing to worry about there.

On another note, are you feeling any better during the day?

With regards to requesting a new ASV machine. Would you suggest Aircurve 10 or 11 ASV?

Oh, with regards to feeling better, last night was my first full night with updated ASV settings. I'm not sure I feel much better today. Maybe need a day or two to adjust?

It sometimes does take a little while to feel the difference. It took me around a month or so to start feeling "normal".

Morning, hope everyone had a good weekend.

Attached Oscar data for last night - AHI 2.91 - a little more H's. I did sleep through the night, no wake-ups I'm aware of.

If you're comfortable with the pressure changes, let's increase PS max to 12.0 and see if that overcomes the hypopnea. If not then EPAP is the tool. We are only using a PS max of 10, and you may need a bigger assist.
