Help with RERA's and Flow limits

Help with RERA's and Flow limits
I have been using CPAP since May 1st.  Sleep Study was 13 Obs, 2 CA and 118 Hypopneas.  It started off rough with TECSA that went away and to a point where my AHI for a 30 day average was .17 by August.  Wow.  It worked !

Then things started trending the wrong way ever since in just about every measure.  I have gained 8-10 lbs so I'm sure that didn't help. I have a mold problem that is causing one nostril to often times be closed (detoxing for it and remediation to begin Monday)

I have been fighting with Hypopnea vs CA for the most part of the last few months and trying to find the right balance in pressure and now lately I am suddenly getting more RERA's and today a flow limit of 13 which is unusually high for me.  I average .07.   Presently I have it set at APAP 8-11.6 with 2 EPR.  Thinking about going to 8.5 and 3 EPR in hopes it might help with flow limits.   I do have cervical collar and chin strap,  did switch to N30 pillows from the prongs and my leaks have gotten worse ever since but those nasal prongs are so damn uncomfortable.  The high pressures around 11 also wake me up sometimes.   I wish I could see the flow rate shape, but I guess that's only on the 11?

RE: Help with RERA's and Flow limits
I am on the ResMed AirCurve 11, but with your data in Oscar, are you able to “zoom in” on the flow chart perhaps by tapping the cursor in one place, or by using the up/down arrows?

Actually just discovered that zoom in capability.  Umm I guess it's not so bad, I mean not perfectly rounded but not really a plateau either as it pertains to what my breathing typically looks like.
