RE: Hit a dead end with Bilevel. Do I need an ASV?
OK, example on leaks, about 04:25 to 04:40, that upside down curved leak is likely a mouth leak.
If you're needing or wanting more pressure, you can try adding 1 to your EPAP see how it helps.
With PS 5 though, on your machine, it may be a source of CA because your current device doesn't have breath backup rate.
On the ASV, you can get it if you see fit. You'll probably pay for it yourself. I don't think it'll qualify for insurance payment. If you do choose to get it, ASV is fairly to setup. Mode and EPAP single or range, and PS range.
