IBreeze Error 207 and RMA issue
Had my machine 30 days and it stopped working showing Error 207. (turbine not working properly) Sent a requests to them to get instructions for returning the device.
They asked me for the serial number which I provided and sent me a return form to include in the box. In the instructions it said NOT to
send the machine back without an RMA number but they did not send one.
I have sent 7 requests for the RMA to Resvent and the called company who sold it to me and noone wants to provide it. How do I get the RMA #?
SUPER frustrated since I need my machine badly and can't afford to buy another one. It is severely affecting my ability to work.

The RMA number is usually found printed directly on the return shipping label.
Did you receive a return shipping label?

ll I got was a form, with out a return label and without the RMA number.
Also sent a coupe emails to Sleeplay.com whom I bought it from in December.
Below is who I am corresponding with and his email is below and attached is what he sent.

1. Include the filled-out RMA form with the devices you are sending back.
2. Send us the tracking number and the filled-out RMA form.(Important)
