How to optimize low AHI / Why does ResMed miss?
Hi All,

I am trying to better understand my machine, while also trying to optimize my treatment.

I currently use a ResMed AirCurve10 ASV machine, see my OSCAR chart posted below.

I know the attachment is from a couple of days ago but it is a good example of events I get 2-5 times a night now.

Obviously, I am getting greedy, but I am curious about 2 things:
1. Why do these machines miss and allow random hypopneas?
2. Is there anything I can do to eliminate these?

My PS is not maxed out and the only thing I can think of is to continue to increase this range, but would love to hear from people who are smarter than me!

Thanks,
Austin

That hypopnea was preceded by a minor arrousal. I wouldn't worry about it.
