Thanks for the reply, whilst having clean charts is enviable, i would happily trade it for a reduction in symptoms.
Will try PS Max of 10 next , thanks for all the comments and help so far.

After reviewing the most recent charts, I don't see a problem with the ASVauto mode, however, you seem to break therapy when the machine is producing maximum PS. I was going to suggest reducing PS max to 10.0, but since that has already happened, I'll just agree.

Unfortunately still waking up, but I blame the cold I've picked up more than anything. Dreaming way more than normal which I'm hoping is a good sign. I start each night with the mask on but it's generally wake up an hour after then 2 hours then another hour after that. By the end I'm so frustrated or tired I end up removing the mask and sleeping without it which is a bad habit i know :/.

Based on what I'm seeing in the most recent charts, it looks like you need to increase EPAP min to 5.0.

Thanks once again for all the help so far, I've been trying different changes and bought a different mask to try and stop some of the leakage, Still waking up in the middle of the night and suffering from aerophagia.
Just want to get to a point i can sleep through the night and hope the passage of time improves symptoms.

Following the guide posted before i increased epap as it felt like there wasn't enough air to breathe when i wake up causing some claustrophobia and ends up with me removing the mask.
