RE: Last night was my first as a hose head
Your fixed pressure of 12 is clearly not enough more pressure needed

You're welcome :-)

Last few tweaks.... check the link in my sig on "Organizing Charts"
Some of these graphs are highly diagnostic and super useful... others are less important.

How to order the data charts
The most useful charts for diagnostic purposes are:
   Event Flags
   Flow Rate
   Pressure
   Leak Rate
   Snore
Flow Limit (Resmed only. Respironics includes Flow Limitation in Events)

Rearrange the graphs to get the important ones visible and adjust their height to use less real-estate on the screen so we can see all the main ones.
You can hover over the horizontal separator between each graph and then drag to make each graph taller or shorter.
You can also click and drag each graph over on the left and move each graph up or down to bring the good ones to the top

You are 95% there

Comment to the OSCAR development team...
Thanks for all your dedicated commitment to the app!!

It would be nice if the app came pre-configured with the UI set up optimally for this forum.
Either that or a single button click to configure things accordingly.
..just a thought.   :-)

I was thinking the same thing recently. It would be a huge help for those who aren’t computer savvy

With a pressure of 12 in CPAP mode with EPR 2, you have abundant clusters of hypopnea and OA events that suggest a positional apnea problem.  It's so common we wrote a wiki. Read it and compare your results with those of other member's examples. http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...onal_Apnea

The easy cure for this problem is to use a soft cervical collar to prevent chin-tucking.  It is discussed in this wiki. http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...cal_Collar

Finally, it appears you would benefit from using the auto pressure settings on your machine.  It's easy to change, and someone's best guess is not working so great for you .  The Autoset mode lets the machine follow your needs for higher and lower pressure automatically.  This tutorial shows how to adjust the clinical settings on your machine https://www.apneaboard.com/resmed-airsen...setup-info  I recommend you try:
Mode: Autoset
Minimum Pressure: 10.0
Maximum Pressure: 16.0
EPR Full Time setting 2 (EPR at 3 will help further reduce hypopnea and flow limitation but might increase CA events. We will go to 3 eventually)
Ramp: Auto or 5 minutes.
Ramp Starting Pressure 6.0

Good luck!

RE: Last night was my first as a hose head
Thanks, I will adjust to your suggested settings & try a soft neck brace.
Last night (3rd night on cpap), I raised pressure to 15. Was going ok until woke up & for what ever reason thought it was nearly time to get up & took the mask off. ( must have been dreaming that lol) Anyway, please view attached. (major leak happened I see) Feel about average this morn.
Snork
p.s I will change the list order priority in Oscar today.

I think we'll get you much lower than 15 on average.  Those events are pretty darn empty.

If you turn the automatic algorithm on as sleeprider suggested, it will only crank up the pressure when it needs to... it will stay down lower if it doesn't detect any issues.

It will start at 10 and stay there until you have something going on and then step up to compensate and then drop down again soon after.

Hopefully you'll see that tonight.

The higher pressure worked! That might be the better solution. We will see.

With OSCAR v1.1.0 an F12 screen print will do it for a new user.  It is awaiting testing prior to release.

RE: Last night was my first as a hose head
I assume developers have considered that sometimes some users will want to take screenshots that aren't in the preferred arrangement and f12 or some other just as easy method will allow that?

I guess it makes more sense to me to have a single click to a default preferred graph arrangement that's independent of printscreen.
