Lost data on installation of OSCAR 1.31 Mac
All,
I upgraded OSCAR from 1.2 to latest, 1.31, backed up my data manually and did the data conversion. Now when I open OSCAR it states I last used my CPAP 168 days ago, which is obviously not correct.

Any help?

Curt

RE: Lost data on installation of OSCAR 1.31 Mac
a couple of questions.
specifically which v 1.2 did you use. 1.3.1 is the current production version. If the 1.2 version was a beta version the data is intentionally stored in a different directory.

Do you have access to both versions?
What is the Data folder for both versions.
Open OSCAR then Click Help, in the right sidebar click "Show data folder" . Do this for each version.

That will get things started

RE: Lost data on installation of OSCAR 1.31 Mac
Hi, Gideon,

Thanks for the quick response. I solved the problem by reloading my data from the machines SD card (it holds all of my data since I started using a CPAP). All is well now.

As to your questions I'm not sure which 1.2 version I had, but it was not a beta version. The folder was /Documents/OSCAR_Data, which I believe is the default.

I overwrote the existing (1.2) version with the new one. Perhaps I'll do otherwise in the future.

Again, thanks for your quick response. I've been a member for many years. I haven't had any problems for a long time until now. I utilized this website many times in the past and the people have been great.
