as far as the aerophagia goes, probably not a lot of difference. I will give it a few days and then change.

since going on ASV there is a noticeable difference in the last 3 weeks. the numbers look good and i feel better than before. Still some grogginess and daytime sleepiness but not as bad as before - baby steps
