New User - Advice greatly appreciated.

RE: New User - Advice greatly appreciated.
Oh, sorry...I didn't see it there. I was going to suggest the P30i if you were using the P10. I use the P10, but occasionally it slips up close to my eyes and that wakes me.

Have you thought abou anything else that may have changed that could be causing you to wake up other than the cpap therapy?

I can't think of anything else now that I figured out the mask thing. If I decide to take my mask off after too long of not getting back to sleep I will fall back to sleep and not wake up for hours straight (until my alarm goes off)

I was hopefully after only waking up 3 times in 4.5 hours a couple nights ago (that slowly it'd adjust) but I woke up 5 times in 4 hours last night. Not planning on giving up completely or anything but man is it frustrating.

hello!

Starting mid January I have been able to consistently get 7-8 hours of sleep without frequently waking up since changing to the 7.0 min. I've left the max open but is it worth dialing that down?

If so how would I do that. I have about 4 weeks worth of solid sleeps data but i'm not sure what to post since it's so many days. Most days my 95% pressure days is between 8-9 but I have two days total over the course of these four weeks that it went up higher then that.

I would leave your pressure settings where they are.  It's wonderful that you are getting good solid sleep now!  Smile

Is there a reason for wanting to leave it wide open at 20 versus dialing it in to something more customized?  I generally find when I do wake up from it it's from when it's jacked way up from either an RERA event specifically.  When going through my data comparing it to my sleep journal nights I seem to get RERA are the days I'm still exhausted all day.  Attached below are two examples of nights I feel absolutely crappy the next day.  (And on the next post below I will add examples of nights I feel good.  And the only thing in common I can figure out is RERA's and the pressure going way higher then any other nights)  - I've only had two really crappy nights recently.

Here's some examples of recently good sleeps / not exhausted.

edit: they got mixed up when I added them. -- the second one is the bad sleep and the other 3 were good.
