OSCAR not importing oximeter data from CONTEC CMS50I
OSCAR is not importing oximeter data from CONTEC CMS50I.  I can still import oximeter data to SleepyHead V1.0.0 beta2.  in the begining of the import process, it looks like it is working then OSCAR locks up.  Please see the screen shots.

Different End time between OSCAR and Contec CMS50I Oximeter
Different End time between OSCAR and Contec CMS50I Oximeter.   CPAP machine and oximeter has same start time but different end time although both CPAP machine and Oximeter were turned off at the same time.  Please see the scteen shot.

RE: Different End time between OSCAR and Contec CMS50I Oximeter
It would appear that there is a glitch in the oximeter's ending time.   If the ending time was correct, you should see data in the graphs.   A brief look at the CMS-50's code in OSCAR appears to be looking for a file termination character in all files except the D+ series (no clock).  My initial guess is that either the terminator was missed while reading the file or wasn't written to the file.

Have you tried purging the oximeter's data and reimporting to see if this is repeatable?  If it is repeatable, then if needed, is it possible for you to isolate the PRS1's and CMS-50's data for that day, so we may look at it?

RE: Different End time between OSCAR and Contec CMS50I Oximeter
I tried to purge and import the data again.  I tried to import oximeter data about 20 times.  Most the of the time OSCAR is getting stuck after reaching close to 50%.  I was able to successfully import one time but end time was different from my last post.  Is it possible to modify the code so that OSCAR asks for the end time as well for oximeter data?  Import process from oximeter seems to work randomly without any pattern.  Most of the time oximeter data import is getting stuck after reaching about 50%.  After purging all data (including CPAP data), I was able to download oximeter data but end time was wrong.

Please see the screen shots.

When you upload try “use Cpap time” (or something similar).  I had problems until I used that option - no more problems.

Most of the time OSCAR is getting stuck in the middle of the data import from contec CMS50I.  So, I am not getting that option to use CPAP time.  But, as I mention in my first post when I got that option I selected CPAP time but still oximeter end time was wrong.

Is this the only day that this has happened? Since this loader has been in use for several years, and you are the first to experience this, I'm wondering if your data is corrupted.

RE: Different End time between OSCAR and Contec CMS50I Oximeter
I just looked at a SpO2 data file from each a CMS-50F and a CMS-50I.   The "F's" file is terminated with a combination of 0x7f and 0xff (32767 decimal if you combine the 2 values), whereas the "I" model's files has no termination character.  This doesn't help matters...

RE: Different End time between OSCAR and Contec CMS50I Oximeter
I was able to import oximeter data from Contec CMS50I yesterday but today OSCAR was getting stuck in the middle of the import process.  I don't  know why it works one day and does not work the other day.  Please see the screen shot from yesterday.
