OSCAR not recognising SD card data from BMC
Hello,

I am using OSCAR to import data from SD card of my BMC RESmart GII Auto CPAP System.

Unfortunately, OSCAR does not recognise the files / data.

Am I doing some thing wrong here?

My System details are:

Edition Windows 10 Pro

Version 22H2

Installed on ‎15/‎05/‎2021

OS build 19045.4046
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19053.1000.0

Regards,

Happy Easter

alid,
Unfortunately, OSCAR does not currently support the BMC pap machines.

However, this software may work for you:

Thanks for sharing the info.

Is there any application / software available that can support BMC pap machine data?

Thanks again OpalRose,

The https://www.sleepfiles.com/BMC-2/RESmartV3.6.1.0000.exe software is successfully installed on my Windows PC.

However, this software does not have any option for SD card data import. It needs a serial port connection which is obsolete a decade ago. I have not seen any computer with COM port (Serial Port) since 2009 onwards.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Regards,

Ali

You need the paplink software which is further down the same page.....this works well and will take data from an SD card.  You might need to "run as administrator" for it to work correctly.

Thanks,

I installed PAP_Link software on my PC.

While trying to import data from SD card, I am getting "No valid data found" error. See attachment.

Interestingly, the software has captured my device settings from .USR file from SD card.

Regards,

Ali
