Panic attack or CPAP issue?
Woke yesterday morning in the middle of what I think was a panic attack. It was horrible. Out of breath. Feverish. Anxiety through the roof. Respiration rate up to 40-50/min a few times. No events, no leaks. Just comes out of nowhere. I’m a bit worried about it happening again.
I’ve never had one before so also wonder if it could have something to do with the CPAP therapy.
